Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery
We currently ship Australia wide only. Delivery is a flat rate of $10 per order.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please review table below for estimated shipping times.
Carriers
We use Aramex to deliver your order, depending on your location and the size of your parcel.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.
Delays
While we do everything we can to get your hamper to you on time, delivery times are estimates only and can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as peak periods, weather, or courier delays.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, though we're always happy to help however we can if this happens.
