We are located in Sydney, and all hampers leave our Sydney warehouse within 1 business day of ordering. Express orders are prioritised.

On the rare occasion a supplier runs out of stock, we'll replace that item with something of equal or greater value in keeping with the theme of the hamper.
No need to worry, we'll simply make the swap and ship your order as usual.
