Where are your hampers dispatched from?

We are located in Sydney, and all hampers leave our Sydney warehouse within 1 business day of ordering. Express orders are prioritised and Same Day orders leave our warehouse within 4 business hours of ordering.

How do I place a bulk order?

You can contact us through our contact page and we will be happy to email through a bulk order form.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this stage. We are an Australian brand, supporting Australian businesses. We look forward to expanding in the near future.

Can I customise my gift hamper?

Yes, absolutely, we can customise products within your gift box. Just reach out to us via our contact page and we'll work with you to create your perfect hamper.

what if an item is out of stock?

On rare occasions a supplier may run out of stock. When this happens, we'll replace the item with something in keeping with the theme of the hamper. Replacement items will always be of equal or greater value. Please note: you will not be notified about out-of-stock items. They will simply be replaced and the hamper sent as usual. Maximum of two items per Signature hamper and one item per Petite hamper.
